Coaching - for Whom?
In the vast majority of leading corporations, executive coaching is used both to develop managers destined for future leadership roles and to assist managers who are not performing at their full potential by addressing weaknesses and by uncovering hidden strengths helps form leaders by stretching managers to achieve new responsibilities and organizational goals and by also assisting them develop ways of looking at more routine assignments with a fresh, innovative eye while making full use of newly acquired relationship skills. It can dramatically improve job satisfaction, loyalty and the overall work/life relationship delivering lasting benefits to the executive and the organization.
In the majority of cases the coaching assignment is entered into at the request of the organization following internal discussion frequently involving the board of directors, senior management, human resources or the executive.
However, Dream On Coaching is frequently called upon to provide one-on-one coaching at the request of individual executives outside the corporate framework.
