Securing the Future of the Organization

Project design and timing on request and can vary from several weeks for a comprehensive audit and up to 6 months to implement the vision throughout the organization.

1. Establish an understanding of the team's current structure and interrelationships and of its capacity for improvement
2. Agreement with the leader of the organization on the core strategy designed to ensure the organization's successful future.
3. Ensure that the leader and the board of directors are all agreed on the direction of travel.
4. Developing cooperation between the leader and the board.
5. Evaluation of the level of alignment and sharing of the vision within the organization as a whole.
6. Finalization or co-determination of that common vision.
7. Alignment of the different components of the vision such as values, management principles, strategic priorities and action plans.
8. Accompanying the deployment of the vision within the organization and amongst all participants.
9. Accompanying the leader and the board of directors and assisting them in leading by example and ensuring that actions on the ground — taken by different teams at department level —are consistent with the vision that has been agreed.
